Description:

1,It is mainly composed of tube body, cover, preservation solution and matching swab. It is suitable for the collection, transportation, treatment and storage of all kinds of influenza virus, hand foot mouth virus,measles and other virus samples.

2,Non-inactivated preservation solution (pink):mainly composed of Eagle's solution (MEM), L-glutamine, BSA, sodium bicarbonate, penicillin, streptomycin,etc. It can maintain the activity of virus samples under specified conditions for detection and processing.

3,Inactivation preservation solution (transparent or pink):mainly composed of guanidine isothiocyanate, NLS, TCEP buffer, chelating agent, defoamer, organic alcohol, etc. It can directly cleave virus to release nucleic acid and eliminate RNase for RT-PCR detection.
4,The volume,type of preservation solution and quantity of swabs can be customized according to customers' requirements.
